About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice and strategist behind Boats Daily’s social presence. Crafting compelling content, growing engagement, and driving meaningful audience interaction across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Boats Daily and client objectives
- Simultaneously manage and maintain 3–5 social media accounts across Boats Daily-owned and client platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, growth, and performance across all channels
- Adapt tone, messaging, and creative direction to align with each brand’s identity and audience
- Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and build strong online communities
- Track analytics and performance metrics, delivering regular reporting and optimization recommendations
- Coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaigns
- Stay current with social trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience managing social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube)
- Strong written and visual content skills
- Comfort with analytics/reporting tools
- Excellent communicator with problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
- Experience in lifestyle/marine space
- Basic graphic or video editing capability
